If you buy today, you can purchase as soon as you get your vouchers. That is normally a fast turn around. Also, Groupons can be used if you have a Gold Membership. Hope this answers your questions.

You should mention that delivery charges will be $15 or more! It totally wiped out my Groupon and no, it wasn't for next-day or a weekend.

Is there a minimum dollar amount on the order? If no, than do you lose what you don't use? or can you it be applied to another separate order?

I entered your website through the Groupon, entered the promo code, but it told me other promotions were already applied. I exited out and tried re-entering through a goggle search FTD.com. Now, having re-enter all my shipping and billing information, the promo code area is grayed out. There is no way to save my billing information and shipping information without actually completing a full price order. I am really dissatisfied. This process should not be so darn difficult.

It shouldn't and we are sorry for this inconvenience! You may be on a site that gives a special discount, points or miles. Groupons vouchers are only accepted on our public sites. Either type in FTD.com or go to Google/ Yahoo, etc. and search for FTD and use one of those links. From there, your Groupon should work. Hope this helps. I bought this Groupon and went to FTD's site selected a gift and was unable to use this groupon for the gift - "cannot be conbined with other offers" Even though I clicked the "christmas" hot link on the groupon FTD Deal of the day page. How do I get my money back for the groupon?

I bought the groupon, I'm trying to use it to buy an arrangement, it is giving me the error that this groupon cannot be combined with other offers. I'm trying to order the FTD Holiday Traditions Bouquet that comes with the sleigh vase, it doesn't say this bouquet is on special, how can I use my groupon? Thank you.

You may be on a site that gives a specail discount, points or miles. Groupons vouchers are only accepted on our public sites. Either type in FTD.com or go to Google/ Yahoo, etc. and search for FTD and use one of those links. From there, your Groupon should work. Hope this helps. If not, please call 1-800-SEND-FTD.
