It is impossible to use the groupon code on the website since the there is a site wide discount running currently. Since only 1 discount can be applied it does not allow you to enter your groupon code. Orders can only be placed via phone. This should be addressed immediately.

As long as you shop on a public site like FTD.com/home, you can use the Groupon with the discounts. If you are on a page that has a sitewide discount, you are on a Special Offer page that cannot be combined with this Groupon. This Groupon is intended for online redemption only. Yes - they can be. Sorry for the confusion! Your Voucher - found in "My Groupons" should have a number that starts with GC (towards the middle top, under FTD and description) and if you go to www.FTD.com/home, you will select a product, delivery date and you will need to enter that number in the Gift Certificate field during the checkout process. Hope this helps!
