Whatever type of flowers I try to buy, when I apply my groupon, it says that "Your promotional code cannot be combined with other special offers. See restrictions for details. " I am not combining it with any offers. I tried multiple combination of flowers and it's not working. Can I get a refund?

Why if this is Canadian, is the offer in U.S. dollars? Does this mean there is a converstion to Canadian dollars at the time of purchase, or are the charges to be incurred in U.S. dollars, even though it is a ".ca" website?
