Specialty rolls include the Magician's roll, a mix of soft-shell crab, spicy tuna, and scallions topped with caviar ($12.95), the Cajun roll, with shrimp, crayfish, and crab ($9.95), and the Hot Lava roll, which rolls up crunchy shrimp tempura, spicy tuna, and avocado in soybean paper ($10.95).
