Fulcrum Fitness

Fulcrum Fitness commits to helping others reach their fitness goals through safe, sustainable training programs that differ from big-box gyms. Each of Fulcrum Fitness's bootcamps follows a similar outline: strength training, then kettlebell and interval training, and finally yoga-inspired stretching. However, each boot camp also has a unique major and minor focus determined by the gym's fitness matrix. This means the workouts can stand alone or function as part of a varied sequence, one that prevents workout boredom more effectively than a gym filled with pinball machines. To complement the group workouts, Fulcrum's trainers also lead one-on-one personal training sessions as well as small group training sessions with two to four people.
