How much is delivery and how does that work? Is there a pick up location to avoid delivery? Thanks!

Tim P.

Patricia, there’s a great FAQ about this at the Full Circle website – just follow the link on the Groupon page about this deal, or go to http://www.fullcirclefarm.com/ directly.

Tim P.

I’m unclear on what this deal entails – clearly a lot of other people have jumped on it already, so maybe I’ve missed something. The normal FCF rates seem to be $30 and $39 for individual and family memberships, with $4 extra for delivery. This applies each week (or every other week) a box is delivered, correct?

Where does the $50 basis for the deal come from? If the Groupon deal is $25 for a $30 or $39 regularly-priced box, that would seem to be a different set of numbers, but I can’t seem to make sense of it. I’ve gone to the FCF website and gone through the sign-up process all the way until the payment portion, but I can’t figure out where the $50 number comes from.

And what happens in June 2010 at the expiration of the Groupon deal? Anyone subscribed goes to the published pricing if they want to continue?

Thanks for all the goodness you Groupon-ers do! Awesome stuff!

Jason W.

I will sign up for this deal when there is come clarification as to what the discount actually is. I love me some full circle, but am confused as to what we would actually be saving. Thanks!

Is the coupon for a one-time purchase of produce ($25 for $50 worth of produce) or a discount for a monthly subscription rate?

The deal title sounds like a one-time purcahse ($50 value) but the description wording refers to subscriptions.

Please provide some more info on the terms of the deal.

Lisa C.

I love Groupon, but I am also confused by the terms of this deal.

Farmer Andy here to help explain the deal.

Full Circle Farm offer a no-fee subscription service of delicious organic produce and other select artisan foods. Orders are easily customized to suit schedules, tastes and your grocery needs. We make it simple for you to get regular healthy delicious produce into your kitchen and onto the dinner table.

This $50 coupon will be added to your account when you sign up to schedule your organic produce delivery. The credit will be applied to your next delivery and can be used all at once by adding other items to your order, or can be used over two deliveries as you make a healthy habit of eating well.

We hope you like our service and enjoy the Good Food Life,

Happy Holidays,

Andrew Stout

If I am already receiving full circle deliveries (not a new customer), can I still get this groupon and apply it to future order(s)?

Frank P.

Hi Deborah,

Frank from Full Circle here. Unfortunately this particular promotion is for new subscribers to our program. We really appreciate your business, so stayed tuned for subscriber promotions, or just refer a friend and get your next box of produce FREE!

Best,

Frank—
I purchased a few to use as gifts (for foster families). I probably should have read the fine print first, but am hoping you can help me. Is there a way I can use MY credit card for the subscription (maybe add $10 each so they get two deliveries?). I know many people don’t want to “sign up” or give debit/credit card info for something they don’t know much about, but I’m guessing once they experience the joy of receiving a FCF goodie box they will. :) Maybe just call you once things slow down?

Tim P.

Thanks for the clarification, Farmer Andy. Question about your sign-up process, though – the web form only allows credit card billing addresses for WA and AK – it’s hard-coded in the web form as a drop-down menu with only those two choices. My credit card has a billing address from another state – is there a way around this?

Let me know if I should check in with you another way, since I don’t want to bog you down in the midst of all the Groupon madness. Just thought the answer might be helpful to someone else in this discussion.

Thanks in advance for getting back to me. Happy holidays!

Frank P.

Laron and Tim,

The best bet for you guys is to speak directly with one of our customer service representatives at 1 (866) EAT-WELL. They should be able to handle your particular situations.

Thanks!

I was a member of FCF two years ago but had to end my membership. I plan to become a member again before this coupon would expire. Would I count as a “new subscriber” in that case in order to apply this coupon?

Frank P.

Sarah,

Yes, you would be eligible for this promotion. Welcome back!

Frank

I received two of these coupons as a gift. What do I do with the other coupon?

I bought this groupon and it’s not showing up in my groupon list, how do I use it?

Liz D.

I just had the same thing happen. Customer support told me to log out and log back in. First time, I had logged in thru Facebook — maybe that’s the problem. Try logging in directly.
