Metabolic exercises break down complex substances to produce energy, much like a nuclear reactor filled with atoms or a wood chipper filled with Dostoevsky novels. Create body fission with this Groupon.
Choose from Three Options
- $19 for 6 Metabolic Overdrive cross-training sessions (a $126.78 value)
- $29 for 12 Metabolic Overdrive cross-training sessions (a $253.56 value)
- $39 for 24 Metabolic Overdrive cross-training sessions (a $507.12 value)
Degreed fitness coaches lead groups of 25 participants or fewer through 40–45 minutes of high-intensity cross-training sessions. Before jumping into the workout, clients sit in for a 90- to 120-minute orientation to understand the program's exercises. The Metabolic Overdrive philosophy states that the body has three paths for burning calories, and exercises such as calisthenics, kettlebell swings, and squats performed in intervals specifically target these pathways to maximize the scorching of fat.
Session sizes are limited and filled on a first come, first served basis. If necessary, Full Throttle Athletics may institute a wait list.
Full Throttle Athletics
Founded by the coauthor of the international best selling Total Body Breakthroughs, who has been constantly refining his program over the past 17 years, Full Throttle Athletics personalizes group training with nonmilitary, indoor fitness sessions. The founder has been featured in USA Today's showcase of World Fitness Elite Trainers of the Year in addition to coaching a two-time Miss Frisco participant who won the Best Body category in 2009 and 2010. Exercise sessions at Full Throttle lead students through rigorous reps of exercises such as kettlebells and suspension ropes performed in intervals with personalized instruction throughout. Nutritional guidelines and pre-workout orientations ensure students maximize their time spent in the program and at the condiment section of the salad bar.
I love the fact that Full Throttle focuses on focus on the entire picture, including exercise, nutrition and recovery periods as well.Becky, GooglePlaces
Unlike most bootcamps, they are indoors. You are done in less than 45 minutes (including stretching and cool-down), completing an intense workout.Miosoti, GooglePlaces
