what happens if we do not use up all the visits.

shashi k. asked 4 months, 10 hours, and 1 minute ago - 1 answer

Debbie D.

Purchasing these punch cards allows customers to play more and save. Instead of $8 per play, it is $3.80 per play (w/ 5-punch card purchase) and $3.50 per play (w/ 10-punch card purchase). If you do not use your entire punch card, you are losing the benefit of playing at a discounted rate. Refunds are not given for unused punches. The considerable "per play" discount is to drive customers in to play more and save. Remember, you will always receive a service valued at the dollar amount you spent on the card--that dollar amount never expires. However, the discounted promotional jump sessions do expire 90 days after purchase.

kim t. asked 4 months, 2 days, 7 hours, and 1 minute ago - 1 answer

You can use one punch card for all 3. Each punch is good for one child for 1 open play session. You can use 1 punch card for 1 child or multiple children, for 1 visit or multiple visits. Thank you!

I have a 4 year old and an 11 month old. Do I have to buy a pass for the baby ?

Mariola L. asked 4 months, 2 days, 7 hours, and 25 minutes ago - 1 answer

Debbie D.

If your 11 month old is not walking and will not be participating and/or playing on the bouncers and/or toddler items, there will be no charge. However, we do have some very young participants. If your child can participant, there will be a charge. One punch card can be used for more than one child.

"From mobile to early teens is the typical age. Adults can go on the inflatables assist small children. Each inflatable has weight restrictions listed on the the unit."
