Breakfast at The Ambrose Bierce House Bed & Breakfast is an event worthy of popping open the champagne. The secluded Mollie Day room boasts an oak fireplace and private patio, whereas the cheerful Ambrose Bierce suite has a four-poster ivory-and-brass queen canopy bed as well as a private sitting room and fireplace. During idle hours you can relax in the inn’s hot tub or gaze at the redwood tree that stands adjacent to the covered patio.
