if the groupon says wed-sat does that mean it is ok to ck in on a sat and stay sat night and check out on sunday? and what time is check in-is the hotel near epcot?

That is correct. If the voucher states Thurs - Sat you can check in on any of those days. Check in is at 4pm. The hotel is located on Disney property in Downtown Disney. The buses take about 15 mins to get to EPCOT.
