Questions and Answers

I guess I don't see the 56% discount. When I visit your website, it only costs about $25 per box, so a 6 mo supply would be $50. Here we get 6 mo for $44. Am I missing something here? Thanks in advance for clarifying.

I bought my deal this morning because I've been using biofinity contacts for a while now, and figured now would be the same. But when I went to the Eye Doctor this afternoon, he said that I need the Toric lenses now because I developed astigmatism. Can the $44 go towards Toric lenses and I would just pay the difference? If not, do I have to get a refund?

After October 13th, the voucher turns into cash value at which time you could use it towards the Biofinity Toric lenses that we sell.

What does it mean that we need a "biofinity contact fitting"? Is that different than any other kind of contact prescription? Thank you.

Daniel M. asked 8 months, 1 day, 13 hours, and 31 minutes ago - 1 answer

Opti_Service R.

Hello, In the USA, contact lenses require brand specific prescriptions, so the brand is essentially a part of your prescription. If you have a brand for a different lens, then you have to ask your doctor to approve Biofinity on your file first.

Yes, you have until October 13th to redeem the deal. After October 13, the voucher becomes cash value of $44 which can be used towards any lens OptiContacts.com sells. If you no longer need the voucher, then you can contact Groupon for a refund.

Will this Groupon work for mulitvision lenses?

Victoria C. asked 8 months, 2 days, 11 hours, and 54 minutes ago - 1 answer

It doesn't work for multifocal lenses. You can see the Biofinity Multifocal product on OptiContacts.com here: http://www.opticontacts.com/contact_lenses/CLBIMCV.html

Hello, How do i get Biofinity contact lens prescription ? How this is different from regular contact lens prescription ? I have contact lens prescription from Dr., but not sure how Biofinity is different. Thanks, Zahir

Hello, In the USA, contact lenses require brand specific prescriptions. You should order a refill of the exact same lens that you currently wear. If you would like the Biofinity, ask your eye care prescriber if they can add the "Biofinity 8.6" lens to your prescription record. Sometimes they can approve the lens without the need for a revisit. Different brands of contacts come in different sizes and materials. You can see a list of all the lenses we sell here: http://www.opticontacts.com/product_listing.html Perhaps you'll find the lenses that you're currently prescribed for. Thanks!

Hi! Yes, you can fax it, but please place your order first, then write your order# on the page before faxing it to 1-888-414-1073. Actually, all these types of questions are answered while you're placing the order online. The link to the special ordering page will be provided on your Groupon voucher or you can see it here: http://www.opticontacts.com/promotion/biofinity_deal

I had my last eye exam at Walmart. I am worried I buy this deal and find out I cant use the contact lenses. I know Walmart would require I have an exam. What do i need to ask them for in order to get the specific contact lenses and what is your return policy if I cant get the contact lenses? Brian Allegretti bta4@msn.com

Hi there. You have to ask your eye care prescriber if "Biofinity contact lenses" will work for you. They may need to perform a contact lens fitting on you. We can only send you the lenses if you have a valid prescription. All sales are final.

I have astigmatism; will these work for me?

Ambria G. asked 8 months, 3 days, 23 hours, and 30 minutes ago - 1 answer

Opti_Service R.

Hi there, the Groupon offer doesn't apply to Biofinity Toric (for astigmatism) lenses. However, you can get a great deal on them directly at OptiContacts.com ($36.99/box compared to doctor's price of $75 per box). Please see: http://www.opticontacts.com/contact_lenses/CLBITCV/Biofinity-Toric.html
