I see the package has a refrigerated shelf life of 5 days. Can they be frozen, in or out of the container, with proper wrapping? Would they last longer wrapped properly in the fridge? Also, what does container look like?? Thanks, Margaret

Hi Margaret - the macaroons can be frozen at which point they'll stay fresh retaining the original flavor and texture for up to 12 months. They are wrapped in a plastic bag before they are inserted into the box and then into another box specifically designated for shipping. If you re-wrap them, the shelf-life won't be extended.

I see that these macaroons are listed as "kosher certified." Which organization is the certification from? CRC? O-U? Kof-K? Star-K? Etc. I am very anxious to order these, but I need to have this information first. Thank you! robinb18@juno.com

Hi Margaret - 4 out of 6 flavors are gluten free. The gluten free flavors are pistachio, vanilla, raspberry, and lemon. The two flavors that are not gluten free are chocolate and coffee.

Yes, these macaroons are perfect for the wedding venue - lots of people order them just for that occasion. Unfortunately, we can't delay shipping for 8 months as we are contractually obligated to ship the orders as soon as we receive them from Groupon.

Unfortunately, all 6 flavors come in one package. We can't open individual boxes and separate the flavors and customer package it again.
