I plan to use the elliptical in my basement. My problem is that the stairs down to the basement are rather narrow. What size is the box in which the elliptical is deleivered? Does the elliptical come in parts that I can take down to the basement one-by-one?

What happens if a piece is missing or damaged when it arrives? Who do you contact fro replacement parts? Read a lot of reviews from other web sites of this occurring. Do not want to deal with this.
