The online e-Careers portal provides 24/7 access to more than 500 hours of online training through 38 individual course modules in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Excel, Access, and Lotus Notes. Microsoft Windows is covered in various forms, including XP, Vista, and Windows 7. Beginners and advanced students hone workplace skills, take part in assessments, and can print proof of completion certificates to prove technological prowess. Courses are customizable and include professional guidance 24 hours a day, five days a week.

Training is compatible with Windows computers, and an internet connection as well as Flash and audio capabilities are required. Users with Macs may be require to install a virtual PC application to access the course.
