Thanks for writing, Diana. According to the merchant, a contact lens prescription is made up of specific data which they require to fill your order. All of this information is available on the packaging of the contact lenses you are currently wearing, or from your optometrist or optician. In most states eye care professionals are required to provide you with a copy upon request. Be sure it contains all the necessary information, including expiration date, and is signed by your eye care professional.

Thanks for writing, Diane. You do not have to supply us with a copy of your prescription. Your current prescription is is available on the packaging of the contact lenses you are currently wearing. Enter that information on the product page. In the checkout process, we will ask you for the name and telephone number of your eye care professional. As required by law, we will contact the office to verify your prescription.
