Downtown Chicago has so much to offer that it would be impossible to list all the things you should see while here. A few of the most important sights to see are Millenium Park, The John Hancock Tower, Navy Pier, Willis Tower, the Magnificent Mile and the Water Tower. All of these attractions are downtown and within walking distance of the hotel.

Hi there, we would like to book a room for Jan. 2 or3 for 2 adults and 3 kids. The ages are 13, 15, and 16. Do we need the suite? Will there be comfortable sleeping places for everyone. Any discounts on tickets for kid friendly events to do such as Shed Aquarium?

Yes you will need the suite for that many people. Our concierge at the hotel is able to offer discounts for certain local attractions. As of now, we have 1 suite available on the 3rd of January.

Do you make any exceptions on the date? I am really wanting to surprise my husband for his bday on Saturday, December 28th (2012) and stay at ACME. I see this is on your list of dates not available ... I have groupon $$ to spend; is there a way to use the groupon and pay extra if I need to? Thank you!

The Groupon is not valid for the 28th as it is a black-out date. However, we will always honor the base value of the groupon. You can use the groupon towards the room, but you will have to pay extra.
