Hello. I purchased my Groupon based on your email response stating that there was a standard King room available for Friday, December 21. When calling to make my reservation I was informed that there was no availability for this date. Is there anything that can be done? We are coming from out of town for the holidays and will not be back in the area again before the end of February. We are fine with a room with a queen bed if that is an option.

I am sorry that we ran out of Standard King rooms for Friday Dec 21st. If you would like, we can upgrade you to a City View Queen room for an upgrade fee of $15. If this is something that you would like to do, just call the hotel directly and ask for Jennifer. She will be able to do the upgrade for you.

I was trying to look through the answered questions to see if someone already asked but did not see...if you purchase a standard king you do not get a city view but if you book a king suite then you will be guaranteed a city view? Thank you.
