Is this in a nice safe area to walk around city.

We are located in the River North area which is very safe. There are your normal panhandlers around but they are not forceful. There are people walking around all the time in this area because there is a lot of shopping and resturants around. It is safe to walk around just always be aware of your surroundings. Thank you.

How do I redeem this offer? Do I book through the company's website and, if so, how do I go about doing that? I've never done this before and don't want to mess up and not get a hotel room. Also it would be for December 21st and 22nd. Thank you.

To redeem this offer, you would need to purchase the Groupon from www.groupon.com. You will then receive an email from Groupon with your voucher number. You can then call the hotel directly and make your reservation. The hotel will need your voucher number to make the reservation. The hotel will issue you a confirmation number to confirm your reservation.
