Deck furniture was dilapidated. Back yard had old junk abanded, and an old RV was stored at the side of the house The picture on the advertisement was one of a clean deck and nice patio furniture suitable for use

The property that I rented was not in an an ideal location, and the property was small and not what I expected. The owner was very helpful and responsive to my needs. Make sure you do your research on the property you are renting through them.

The cabin was very dangerous. No screens on the windows so when you opened them, small children could fall out. Rusty nails protruding from splintered patio furniture. Broken kitchen tiles and a bathroom light switch that intermittently worked. There were many cobwebs and otherwise unkemp areas. The metal on the bottom of the shower door cut my son in-laws ankle and BBQ tank was empty. We asked for our money back, and received it after a month long haggle and having to send many photos of the property to prove our statements.
