Unfortunately availability is not guaranteed with the Groupons. All Groupons are based on hotel availability and to find the most up-to-date availability please call the Ashworth at (866) 509-5871. My suggestion for you would be to call the hotel with the dates you are looking for and see if there is any availability for booking with the Groupon package rate. You can then purchase the Groupon and call the Ashworth back - however they cannot hold the space for you.

If we call the Ashworth and book for two nights (October 17 and 18) and then purchase two Groupon coupons are we assured the discounted rate of $79. Do we need to tell hotel that we will be using Groupon coupons?

You need to book your reservation at the Ashworth with your Groupon coupon. The front desk agent can then verify that we have the availability for your reservation with the Groupon rate. If you book your stay without the Groupon you are not gauranteed to get the Groupon rate upon arrival. Thank you!

Yes, when making the reservation you will be asked to choose whether you would like a red or a white wine. The wine will then be placed in your room at check-in pending a valid form of identification - 21 yrs or older. Thanks!
