Questions and Answers

Under the fine print the deal says limit 4/person and limit 5/visit. What does that mean? How much if I want to add one person... Can I do that? It will be 7 people. What does the quantity mean when I click on buy the deal?

Kendra N. asked 1 year, 6 months, 13 days, 23 hours, and 10 minutes ago - 1 answer

Each Groupon is valid for a two-night stay. Each person may purchase up to 4 two-night stays. You may combine up to 5 Groupons, for a total of ten nights. Each suite has a maximum capacity of 6 people. A group larger than 6 people would require additional suites. Quantity referrs to the number of two-night stay Groupons you wish to purchase.

Do 6 ppl have to be present or is it valid for upto 6 ppl? Also, I notice that the deals are for two bedroom suites. Would the resort fee be 25 for each of the rooms ini the suite per night, or 25 dollars for each suite per night?

Natalie P. asked 1 year, 6 months, 13 days, 18 hours, and 31 minutes ago - 1 answer

Jim S.

The resort fee is $25 per suite, per night. The suites have a maximum capacity of 6 people. You may have from 1 - 6 people, but no more than 6.

Which are the blackout dates? Will this coupon expire in March or can you request an extention?

looking to check in on 2/12 and check out the 17th so we should be able to use the 5 groupons back to back yes? also, the $25 resort fee is per room, not per person per day correct? Lastly, the days we are looking for appear open on their website, do we buy the groupons then call them to book? And when you say they are refundable, if those days are sold out, do we get a full refund or just get a refund to be used for different dates at another time? Thanks so much!!!

Chris P. asked 1 year, 6 months, 15 days, 2 hours, and 31 minutes ago - 1 answer

Jim S.

The $25 resort fee is per room, per night - not per person. The Groupon offer is for a two-night stay. Please refer to the Fine Print for booking this offer. This offer is NOT available through the website.

It says we can combine packages. It looks like all that is left to purchase is the Friday-Sunday package. So, if I wanted to buy 2 so we can stay longer, it looks like I'd need the Friday-Sunday, then could we stay the extra 2 days either prior to Friday, or after Sunday? Also, the $259 price is for up to 6 people (meaning not $259/pp)? Thanks, Edith.

Andrea E. asked 1 year, 6 months, 14 days, 17 hours, and 59 minutes ago - 1 answer

Jim S.

The package price is for a 2 night stay, maximum 6 people in a 2 BR suite. You are correct - the fee is not based on a per person fee. You may use up to 5 Groupons consecutively (up to 10 room nights).
