So if I buy this groupon I can only use it from 4/19/13 to 4/30/13/. Or I can use it thing month too? Sorry It might be a stupid question but I need to know because I am flying out the 21th of March. Thanks,

You must book by 4/19 - this is the last day that you can call in to make your reservation and you must use it by 4/30. You can purchase the voucher and call us right away to book for your flight on March 21.

We wish to stay the night of April 6, flying out on April 7 and returning on April 21, so that is 15 nights. What would the cost be for the extra night? What would the total cost be, including taxes and any fees? Thank you for your consideration.

We count the 14 days from the day that you leave your vehicle so you should be okay. You purchase the Groupon voucher and for the one-night stay and parking, when you check in, we will charge you for tax which is $10.27.

Can I park and not stay with this deal? Do you have security patrolling the parking lot? Also, do you pick up from Terminal 5 at O'Hare (International terminal)?

We can accept your voucher if you do not want to stay and only use it for parking - parking is only up to 14 nights maximum. You can leave your vehicle in our main lot or in the garage in the building next door - the third and fourth floor parking is reserved for our guests. We require that you display your parking permit on the dashboard, in case someone checks it. No - we do not have security patrolling out lot. Yes, we can pick up from Terminal 5 - you can proceed to Door 5E and call the hotel from the courtesy phone and we will send the shuttle to pick you up. Thank you.

As of this time, we do not have any blackout dates. However, if we sells out or reach at least 80% occupancy, we might not have any availability for the Groupon purchase. I suggest that once you purchase your voucher, that you book your reservation immediately.

Do the nights of stay have to be back to back? Can I stay the evening prior to my flight, leave car for duration of the vacation and then stay again on the evening my flight comes in on the 30th?

Each voucher is for a one-night stay plus parking for up to 14 nights, and you must stay by April 30th. You can purchase more than one voucher - use the first one to stay with us before your flight and use the second one to stay with us when you come back from your flight. Thank you.
