“My husband works at another Hagadone property and even he was impressed with the level of service from the hotel staff. With that having been said, we were terribly disappointed with the restaurant. At dinner service it was clear that the waitress didn't want to be there. The host was rolling silverware at the hostess station, something that is frowned upon at any of the Hagadone properties. Also, we ordered room service breakfast not understanding that holding our room with my credit card wasn't the same thing as putting a card on the room. She called up about an hour later asking for us to "hurry up and put a card on the room" so she could go home. ”
