I used the groupon for my son and his wife and little boy (who live in the Kootenays) to spend a night near us... She is allergic to our cat, so they couldn't be at our house. They were given the lovely 2 bedroom suite as a free upgrade, which made it an absolutely fabulous experience! We all went swimming in the pool and had a great family time together! THANKS!

We were impressed with the staff who were welcoming and helpful. On our departure my wife left her purse behind by a chair in the lobby. When we noticed this and phoned the hotel, a staff member went immediately to look for it and kept it safe until we were able to return to collect it. We would certainly stay at the hotel again, and we recommend it.

The complimentary breakfast is nice, but there should be a covered walk-way if you plan to have the breakfast served in another building across the Hotel. We went during the busy time just before breakfast ends, so there were no available tables which is fine so we went to eat in our hotel room. However, it was raining hard and we had little kids with us, so carrying food from the breatkfast area to our hotel room in the pouring rain while trying to carry my kids was not a good experience.
