Are there any other fees associated with the price (i.e. admin or booking fees)? I know about the 13% sales tax and $12 per day resort fee. Also how are the fees paid? Once I purchase the groupon ($239), when/how do you pay the other fees?

The only extra fees required will be a 13% tax on the Groupon rate and $12 resort fee per day. These fees will be due at check-in.

My teen daughter will be with us for only part of the stay, would the extra person fee apply for the entire stay or only the nights she'd be staying in the room?

I wanted to know if you were to upgrade to a 3 bedroom is there still a six person max rule too. I am traveling with two adults, a twelve year old, twin 8 years, a 6 year old and 3 year old. And I can upgrade but, will there a 6 max rule. And I am aware that it is an extra 10 per day for the 12 year.

Do you make the reservations with them before or after you purchase the groupon? And, if you are supposed to purchase the groupon first, do you just tell Best Western that you have a groupon and they discount it for you? Also, if they don't have the dates I need available do I get my money back for the groupon?
