There is not a washer/dryer in unit. On the premises they do have: Guest laundry, available from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. for a nominal fee, a Laundromat, and Dry cleaning, same day available.

Two bedroom villas are approximately 921 square feet in area and can comfortably sleep up to six (6) individuals. One king bedroom and one queen bedroom villa has a private, waterfront balcony and is equipped with flat screen televisions and a fully-furnished kitchen, dining area, living room and two full-size bathrooms.
