What about the time of year? Much seems to depend on warm weather outside. NY is NOT warm outside in Winter. Please clarify the indoor or all weather services or is it really ouside in Winter?

The majority of the program is indoors, including the pool. There is an outdoor activity scheduled each day but that can be cancelled and another activity scheduled indoors if the weather is too bad.
