The groupon indicates that there is an indoor pool at the hotel. Is there a Hot tub as well at the hotel or must you purchase the waterpark to have access to a hot tub? Also, it appears that I must select my date of arrival at time time of purchase for the groupon. What if I want to purchase the groupon; but am unsure of what date at this time?. Also, is there a change fee if I have to change the date of check in?

Hi Lisa. There is a hot tub at the hotel, and you do not need to purchase a water park ticket to access it. In regards to scheduling, you must book a date for your trip when purchasing the deal, there is no way around that. A 4-day cancellation notice is required prior to check-in or the reservation is non-refundable

Access to the fitness center is included and we also have an indoor pool. Passes to the indoor waterpark at Timber Ridge are $21 per person and available on a limited basis. You will want to reserve those passes right away by calling (800) 558-3417 if you want to add those on to your stay.

Your add is essentially apparently a Bait-and-Switch promotion which I believe is illegal in WI. You and your partner Groupon are mutually responsible for listing skiing as though included, when in reality (per answered questions) it isnt. Do you get to review the details of the listing before Groupon posts it? The add leads them to be trapped at the resort and spending more money on skiing. Are you going to take responsibility for leading people to spend time investigating the deception, or not recognizing it and profiting from their trust. Responsibility would be to provide the skiing to those who booked or inquired prior to your sending a corrected/changed add/promotion. Roger M.

Great deal..do the dates april 1-3 come with waterpark passes? How far from the hotel where the rooms are being offered to the waterpark?

None of the dates offered come with the Waterpark passes. But the Waterpark is on the resort grounds. It is less than a mile from where your room would be at Grand Geneva.

One more question, why must a resort fee be charged if only the room is included?

The resort fee is $15 per night and includes internet access, two bottles of water per day, valet parking, trolley transportation around the resort and access to the fitness center. The resort fee is charged with every reservation booked at Grand Geneva.

During spring break, March 25-31, will Timber Ridge Lodge be limiting the waterpark to their guests only?

Groupon offers some different models now and this model does require the date to booked at time of purchase. There is a 4 day cancellation policy if something does need to change though.
