Hi, I would like to stay for 2 days, in the same week, but not consecutive. Stay on a Monday night, and then on the next Sat. night. Can I do that? And would be traveling with my spouse and our 2 young adult children, will a room like this have 2 double beds, and work for the 4 of us?

Well you run the hotel, normally you can add someones name to a reservation at hotels and its fine if they check in if you couldn't go. Would the front desk care? Groupon isnt really involved in this....
