The price that comes up on the initial page appears to be a lot higher than 11% room tax plus $7. For example the King Room at $103 per night for June 6th through 8th totals $310. Please provide a cost breakdown.

Only certain dates are at the $103 rate, most of which are sold out. The night of June 6th is $143, and the night of June 7th is $167 (rates are quoted prior to tax). If you hover the mouse over any available date it will display the accurate rate for that night.

Can our 5 year old daughter stay with us? One king size bed is Ok with us. If yes, what is the additional fee?

No upgrades to Ocean View rooms are available with this deal. However, our property is beach front and our restaurant and bar are full ocean view; so there are plenty of ways to soak in the ocean views even if your room doesn't have one.

The rooms available on Groupon have a maximum occupancy of 2 since each room only has 1 king size bed. You would need to book two rooms.

When I go to try to book a room for 2 nights, on May 16th & 17th, a little note comes up on the 17th saying not available for check in. Does that mean that that room isn't available that night? It isn't blacked out.

The night of May 9th is available in the Spa Deluxe room type. All of the Fireplace King rooms for this deal have been reserved for the night of May 9th, which is why it isn't showing availability.
