Hi Brandi, you can attempt to reschedule your stay with the hotel but the pricing may be different as you can see based on the pricing within the calendar. If you cannot reschedule, you can cancel your purchase provided that you adhere to the cancelation policy and we will gladly refund you. Thanks!

I am sorry but the pool does not have a handicapped accessible lift. They try to keep the pool water between 80-20 degrees F.
