I went under two days ago and saw the price of $99 p/night and had to check with my spouse. I went back on yesterday and the price is up to $119 p/night. I want to know how is this possible as I don't see anywhere it indicating that the price would change (increase). The promotion still comes up $99 p/night; until you click on the deal and then it shows $119 p/night. There are still 3 days left or so and the deal should be for $99. Someone please assist me on understanding this? I'd like to purchase for two nights but obviously at the $99 as it states.

Shawn S. asked 4 months, 2 days, 8 hours, and 52 minutes ago - 1 answer

John E.

Very sorry for the confusion. When this deal was initially offered we had nights available for as low as $99 a night. Unfortunately, those $99 a night rooms have sold out. The lowest possible price for an available room is now $119.

John E. answered 4 months, 1 day, 8 hours, and 46 minutes ago

Why can I not get the $99 rate anymore, but the groupon deal is good for 9 days? Why did the "lowest price" change from $99 to $119?

Erin H. asked 4 months, 2 days, 19 hours, and 29 minutes ago - 1 answer

John E.

Unfortunately, those $99 a night rooms have sold out. The lowest possible price for an available room is now $119.

John E. answered 4 months, 1 day, 9 hours, and 14 minutes ago

I was looking at this yesterday for March and it said $99, today when I was going to book it, it now says $119. What happened? Can I still book for $99?

Linda M. asked 4 months, 2 days, 23 hours, and 21 minutes ago - 1 answer

John E.

Sorry for the confusion. This deal is available from $119 a night at the lowest. Not all nights will show this price, as some dates will sell out and other nights are more expensive. You can preview the price of any night by hovering your mouse over the date.

John E. answered 4 months, 1 day, 9 hours, and 19 minutes ago

Im interested in coming but I dont get paid until the 31st of this month and so I wanted to book a night for the 99.00 price in march 14 for four people or the two rooms, please dont change the price. thanks I wish I could I add it to my credit card but at this time I cant until I get paid. thanks again LS

I apologize for any inconvenience. We are not able to take partial payments.

Annette B. answered 4 months, 3 days, 6 hours, and 4 minutes ago

I see that a 4 day notice for cancellation is required for refund. What is the policy on just rescheduling for a different available date?

Deanna . asked 4 months, 5 days, 2 hours, and 51 minutes ago - 1 answer

John E.

After you purchase you'll be able to cancel your reservation as long as you do so at least 4 days prior to your check-in time. Once canceled your reservation can not be rescheduled.

John E. answered 4 months, 4 days, 8 hours, and 45 minutes ago

I didn't see an expiration on this groupon. When does it expire?

Stephanie asked 4 months, 4 days, 9 hours, and 50 minutes ago - 1 answer

John E.

Since you'll be purchasing for a specific date, your Groupon will technically not expire until that date has passed.
