Rude front desk.

Hotel is under construction and they check groupon members into the older unremolded rooms which are not very nice. The bathroom is very small and the door opens in so its a tight fit. The pool area is older, paint peeling and a lot of mold on ceiling. Two of the ceiling lights in the pool area were not working. The hot tub was a warm tub, very disappointing. The pool is smaller and was so crowded it was nearly impossible for my young kids to enjoy. The staff had no control over guests (do not believe they had any hotel security). Guests were running the hallways screaming and going wild so we checked out by 10 pm and went somewhere else. The staff at the desk didn't seem to care we were leaving and made no effort make this a positive experience. Not worth the $ stay somewhere else.

The hotel was under construction, so the rooms we were put in were very outdated. The staff was friendly, but unfortunately, had a lot of problems checking us in and out because of the Groupon. The staff at the buffet were phenomenal.
