Good afternoon, this promotion includes 1 complimentary trip each or 2 per couple. The activities at the island may be purchase at your leisure. The equipment is also optional and you may bring or rent from the resort. The BH is optional and the trip is contingent upon having 6 guests sign up and weather permitting. Thank you

Hi Robert we can accommodate guests with special dietary needs not a problem we just need to know ahead of time. The air to Belize City is not included in the price of the groupon deal. All major airlines fly to Belize. The transfers to the island of Blackbird are included via boat or maybe plane (method of transportation is determined the night before the guest's arrival) only on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Any other day of the week you may hire a private charter flight to get you into Blackbird. Thank you.

We are possibly considering a stay at your place. Looking to see if there is availability to arrive May 11th or May 25th for 7 nights. There would be 6 adults. Needing 3 rooms. How would we verify that we are assured that we would get our dates if there is availablility?? Do you have any availiabilty the first part of June as well?? Also could you tell more about your triplex and how that facility works. The beach area next to the cabanas is beach that you can swim in? Are all the meals served at certain times of the day? What would be the total price for 6 of us if we would use the Groupon deal?? Any other discounts apply?? There are no other hidden fees besides the drinks. Is this correct? No resort fees, taxes, etc.? We do provide our own airfare as well?? What is the best airport to fly into?? How would we find out how much excursions are and what there is to offer for that? Hi Susan thank you for contacting us! we currently have the 25th of May available. If you are interested in this day we will block your cabana for 24 hours to give you time to get your groupon. Then you call us with the groupon # and we send you the reservation form so we create a file for you. The Triplex works great for groups. It's 3 individual cabanas that shared their huge balcony overlooking the ocean. For the 6 of you, you need to buy 3 groupons at $1699 each for a total of $5097.00. The other fees will be the hotel tax fee of $4.50 per person per day so it's $31.50 per person, beverages, gratuities and activities are also extra. When flying to Belize please do so into BZE and arrive by 3:00PM and depart after 12 Noon. If arrival is after 3:00PM you will need to pay for the private charter flight into the island. Thank you!

HI Emily of course! you can buy your activities at the island. We offer 3 daily dives and 2 daily snorkel trips. There are over 70 dive/snorkel sites around the resort so you will have plenty to see. Each dive is $60 and each snorkel trip is $35 each. You may rent from us or you may bring your gear too. The rental for for the week for BCD is $75 per the week per person and $$75 per the week for the regulators, just need to put in on the reservation form and we will reserve for you. Once you find the week you can come and block your space we will send you the forms. Call us at 866 909-7333. Thank you!

Hi! Could you please let me know your availability for Sat through Sat starting on Jun 15? We would need one standard cabana (two adults, one 16 yr old and one 11 yr old) and one superior or deluxe cabana (two adults, and one 2 yr old). How much would each cabana cost? Would a duplex be better for us? Are there any children's activities for the 2 yr old (playground equipment, etc), besides the wonderful beach? Is the beach safe to swim (rocky, or any glass, etc)?

You would need to purchase 2 groupons, and you will therefore get 2 cabanas. i suggest the triplex rooms or like you said 1 deluxe with a king and 1 superior with 2 beds. the beach is fun for the kids to play, no glass , always cleaned, we also offer babysitting services. thank you
