Hi Patty, We sail every other day of the month. In 2013 January, April, May we sail every EVEN day. February, March, June we sail every Odd day. We do not have balconies on our ship. Yes, you can upgrade your oceanview cabin to a suite. Prices will vary depending on the level of suite requested. Upgrades can be requested at time of check-in.

Hi Terry. A passport is not required for the 2 night cruise. If you were born in tyhe USA you will need you State Issued Birth Certificate (with the raised seal) AND a government issued picture ID like a drivers license or state ID card... All U.S. citizens must have valid proof of citizenship - a passport, an original government issued birth certificate with a raised seal (not from hospital) or certified naturalization certificate. Resident aliens must travel with their "Green Card" Alien registration cards. Guests from other countries must possess a valid passport and should check with their travel agent or appropriate consulate to determine other necessary travel documentation. All guests over 16 years must carry a Government issued picture ID.

The voucher said we can book reservations on Dec.13. We've called to book and were told we couldn't book until Dec.18. The cruise line said that we have a small chance of getting the dates we want because regular customers have first priority. We already got plane tickets to Florida from Canada. Why do we need to wait to book? And why do the booking dates keep changing? Something doesn't seem right here.
