Condo-Style Suites near Gulf of Mexico Beaches and Swanky Shopping Center

Charter Club Resort of Naples Bay has its own private dock at the edge of the Gulf of Mexico near historical downtown Naples. It's a prime location, and the resort offers many ways for its guests take advantage, including complimentary fishing gear if you want to cast out for grouper and king mackerel. Or you can feel free to borrow a bike at no charge to visit pastel-colored shops and award-winning restaurants in Old Naples, located a few blocks away.

Made up of 33 butter-yellow units, Charter Club Resort feels like its own private residential community. Guests have access to their own heated pool and a hot tub, and there's a large tiki hut where you can stop for a frozen cocktail or a quick lunch.

All of its condo-style suites feature two bedrooms and two bathrooms with a fully equipped kitchen. Feel free to kick back on a lounger in your own 30-foot, screened-in lanai and look out to Naples Bay, or head to the rooftop trampoline to bounce shrimp at passing whales.

If you're looking to fish, grab the complimentary gear and head to Naples Pier, a local hangout located 1 mile away. Admission is free, and no fishing license is required.

Naples, Florida: Swanky Waterfront Town with Polished Golf Courses and Fine Dining

Naples is a sleepy town situated between the Everglades and the Gulf of Mexico in southwest Florida. Waterfront mansions line the white-sand beaches, and luxury boats are docked outside swanky seafood restaurants. Leisure is a way of life here, but it's not hard to stay active, either; there's a wealth of world-class golf courses and many opportunities to go boating or diving.

For some of the best fishing and snorkeling in the area, head to Vanderbilt Beach at Delnor-Wiggins Pass State Park, located 10 miles north of the hotel. The beach doles out complimentary kayaks and canoes, allowing you to freely explore the many offshore reefs. Loggerhead turtles nest in the area, and rangers lead tours of the reptiles' habitats from June to October.
