It says must be 18 or older to check in but does not state age limits "to stay". Can we bring our kids, ages 9 and 12? Thanks.

I noticed that "10% tax not included." Would this be 10% of the discounted or regular price? And, when would this be paid? Are there any other fees?

Hello, My husband has a service dog for a medical condition, so technically not a pet. I wanted to check in to see if we would be welcome at the B&B. The ADA rules seem to be different for privately-owned B&Bs as opposed to hotels, so we just wanted to check in with you before making the purchase. Thank you!

We have less than four rooms at the B&B so we don't come under the ADA rules. We try to keep animals off the carpeted areas so that people who come with allergies won't be affected. We have a tiled room next door at our Beach House that is a pet-friendly room. It has the same great views of the lake as the B&B.
