What does "can combine up to 15 days" mean? Does that mean I can buy two, 4-day packages at $749 each and combine them into a consecutive 8-day stay? Also, what does "reservations required, subject to availability" mean? Do I get to choose my travel dates? If so, what if the dates I can travel are not available, can I get a refund? Can I find out if my dates are available before I purchase the package? One last thing, this deal does not mention transportation/airfare. Would we be responsible for booking that ourselves?
