Do you offer travel insurance ? Cost? What is latest return date? ( additional time in Melb w own accommodations ) If you purchase ticket now , then wait til 3/28 to book and the dates you want are not available can you get a groupon refund? D you need to have dates exact ( by calling down under answers 18007886685 )before you buy groupon I will need to travel to Sustralia later this year for sisters surgery , but dates haven't been set yet ... Hi leo, yes, we certainly offer travel insurance - the pricing starts from $125 per person but can vary depending on the length and cost of your trip. You can extend your return date, subject to availability, for a $50 per person fee (you can return up to 6 months from travel date). We do require travel dates at time of booking as this Groupon is based on limited duration specials which cannot be extended for sale past 3/29. If two of us are travelling together, how do we go about reserving our hotel? Do each of us need to call separately, or can one call for both? Will I need both Groupons when reserving the hotel?

Hi, I plan to buy two of this Groupon for Sept 21, 2013 departure from LAX, but also would like to add 3 days to Cains to visit the Great Barrie Reef. I saw that the additional 3-day's cost would be starting about $250/person. But, it seems that the Groupon basically covers flights and hotels. What if I'd like to join a group with local transportation to the scenic spots, evening cruise, etc.? Last year I saw a Groupon for 15 days including Cains and visits to local sight-seeing spots, which was $2999/person. Only because I could not go last year, I could not book it that time. Do you have similar packages for this year? I'm not that young to drive around in a rental car (also, I think the driving in Australia is following the British way of driving on the left side of the road, the opposite of the US way. We would feel more comfortable to go around in a tour bus or something like that. If you do have such packages, please let me know, and the price range, etc. It'll be greatly appreciated. I feel a little dumb that I can't figure this out, but it seems that 11 days and 8 nights leaves 1 or 2 nights without hotel stay. I assume some of that would be travel time? Or would there be an instance where I would have to pay out of pocket for a night or two? Or am I just thinking about it the wrong way?
