We will collect the sales taxes 14 days prior to check in via the card you have on file at the time of booking. the cabin quick search in the upper right of our website http://www.elkspringsresort.com. Once you find a cabin you can book online. You can book online on our website (use the cabin quick find box in the upper right hand side) and then once you begin the reservation process you have the option to enter details in the notes/comments section. Be sure to designate that you are booking with a groupon and include your redemption code. Once we receive the reservation we will update your reservation reflecting the groupon pricing as the reservation will be booked at the retail rate. You will not be charged the deposit amount calculated at the time of booking, only the booking fee. If you are booking within 14 days of your stay we will charge all fees and sales taxes at the time of booking. The groupon amount will be deducted from your total and will not be charged. This is paid by you to groupon.

What does the cleaning and waiver fee exactly mean? Do we get that money back?

No, these fees are non-refundable. the damage waiver is a flat fee in lieu of a damage deposit and the cleaning fee is the actual fee paid to the cleaners to clean the cabin upon check out. the cabin quick search in the upper right of our website http://www.elkspringsresort.com. If we booked it using 4 groupons to stay 8 nights would we have to pay that cleaning fee for every groupon we used or would it be a one time fee?

How do I know which cabin I would be getting? It looks like Elk Springs has a ton of cabins and i want to know which ones are eligible for this deal. I'm looking at a 3 bedroom cabin.

I want to use this deal. I want to check in Feb 28 and check out March 3. I know the deal said not valid 03/1-03/31. If I check in Feb 28, will that be okay?

You can choose the cabin you wish to stay in (best option is to do an availability search on our website via the quick cabin find box in the upper left hand side of our website). You can also upgrade to a 5 bedroom cabin (excluding amazing views retreat) for $100/night over the 4 bedroom rate. You can book online on our website (use the cabin quick find box in the upper right hand side) and then in the notes/comments section designate that you are booking with a groupon and include your redemption code.
