Is the damage and cleaning fee something we get back after the trip or is this added on to the cost of the trip?

They are non refundable and added to the cost of the trip (plus taxes) You can search for cabins available for your requested dates of stay on our website by using the cabin quick search in the upper right of our website http://www.elkspringsresort.com. Once you find a cabin you can book online. You can book online on our website (use the cabin quick find box in the upper right hand side) and then once you begin the reservation process you have the option to enter details in the notes/comments section. Be sure to designate that you are booking with a groupon and include your redemption code. Once we receive the reservation we will update your reservation reflecting the groupon pricing as the reservation will be booked at the retail rate. You will not be charged the deposit amount calculated at the time of booking, only the booking fee. If you are booking within 14 days of your stay we will charge all fees and sales taxes at the time of booking. The groupon amount will be deducted from your total and will not be charged. This is paid by you to groupon.

I see you can upgrade this groupon to a 5 bedroom cabin for an extra 100 a night. Is there an upgrade option for a 6 bedroom cabin with this group? Also, can you tell me what 5 bedroom cabins are eligible for the upgrade so I can check the availability since it sounds like not all 5 bedrooms can be booked...Thanks!

at this time we are not offering an upgrade to a 6 edroom. All of the 5 bedrooms are eligible except for amazing view retreat. You can choose the cabin you wish to stay in (best option is to do an availability search on our website via the quick cabin find box in the upper left hand side of our website). You can also upgrade to a 5 bedroom cabin (excluding amazing views retreat) for $100/night over the 4 bedroom rate. You can book online on our website (use the cabin quick find box in the upper right hand side) and then in the notes/comments section designate that you are booking with a groupon and include your redemption code. It states that limited quantities are available. How many of each option are you goingn to sell at this price for the two nights? Also, can I buy 2 of the same option and make my stay a 4 night stay? Thank you in advance.

I would like to purchase this deal but I don't get paid until the 14th of this month. What is the fulfillment of the groupon? I know it says 8days until expire. But I also see the limited quanity. I went last year and loved it. I don't want miss this deal.

Reserving the cabin requires a deposit of $50.74 You can search for cabins available for your requested dates of stay and book online on our website at http://www.elkspringsresort.com by using the cabin quick search in the upper left of our website (http://www.elkspringsresort.com). This will show you the cabins avaialble and the dates they are available. The retail rates, not the groupon rates will be shown, but given you are using the groupon we will override these rates after you submit your online reservation. Once you find a cabin you can book online via link by the cabin. When reserving online be sure to designate that you are booking with a groupon and include your redemption code. There is a notes/comments section during the reservation process where you should list your redemption code and specify that you are using the groupon. Once we receive the reservation we will update your reservation reflecting the groupon pricing as the reservation will be booked at the retail rate. You will not be charged the deposit amount calculated at the time of booking, only the booking fee. We are about 20 minutes to Ober Gatlinburg ski area, unfotunately there is no shuttle :(
