Blia H - the Grotto is a place to relax along with hydrotherapy areas like wet and dry saunas, hot soaking tub, steam shower and cold purge shower. There are also chaise lounges for just chilling, reading a good book or taking a nap. Hotel guests can use the Grotto for a $55 fee per day, per person while it is complimentary with spa services. And yes, you can come and go during your day of use in the Grotto.

option 4; Does the room have 2 king beds and how much more for another adult? Does the room have a sofa sleeper? the price of 249$ is that for 2 nights?

Jennifer W - some of our suites have two Queen beds and some have sleeper sofas. You would need to request those when making your reservation and they would be based upon availability. Yes, Option #4 is a two night offer.

Can option #1 be used for check in on either Fri Jan 25 or Sat Jan 26? Is there availability for those dates? Are there any additional charges for the Grotto once we have access?

Jessica C - Option #1 is only available for check-in Sunday through Thursday. Option #2 is available for check-in Sunday through Wednesday. Option #3 or #4 are available for Friday check-in. We don't currently have any options for a Saturday check-in available at this time. There are not any additional fees with Grotto access if it is included in your Groupon offer or if you purchase a Grotto pass.
