Organic Breakfasts and Tapas
Each morning kicks off with a hearty breakfast spread, including fresh baked breads served with butter, jam, and steaming cups of coffee. You’ll also enjoy a buffet of tapas and local wines on your first and final day in Carpentras.

During this culinary tour you’ll be under the tutelage of chef Gina Trevier, a former restauranteur with expert knowledge of Provence—she’ll teach you everything you need to know about the culinary techniques and ingredients that define Provençal cuisine.
Provence Cooking Classes
Learn to prepare traditional Provence dishes using seasonal ingredients in five hands-on cooking classes. At the conclusion of each class, you’ll get to eat the day’s recipes for lunch.
- Class 1: Learn to cook with local green and black olives.
- Class 2: Study up on the vegetables grown in this region of France, and prepare three traditional dishes using anchovies and fresh goat cheese.
- Class 3: You’ll make your own herbes de provence using fresh herbs from the garden, then use that mixture when preparing seasonal meats and soups.
- Class 4: Stuff vegetables with savory and sweet fillings in the Provence style.
- Class 5: Visit a local market in the morning to pick up seasonal meats and produce. You’ll use these ingredients to prepare aioli-based dishes.

What happens if I buy the Groupon and my travel dates are not available?If the dates requested by the customer are not available, they can request flexible dates so that they can use their voucher for a future date (where we honor the discounted price and pre-paid status), or they can request a refund through Groupon, as long as it is within the Groupon refund period.
5. Does my child need a Groupon, and can they stay in my room?This package is sold on a per person basis regardless of age. Due to the nature of the cooking class focus of these tours, we do not recommend kids under the age of 12. But kids pay the same price as adults in this particular package.
