Maximum occupancy per room is 4. Standard occupancy 2. Adding occupants above standard: $20 per night for guests 12 or older; kids 11 or younger stay free.

I just booked, and was charged extra for a single King Bed when I called to make my reservation, can you please explain the policy as this does not seem to be consistent with what was promised?

There are no black out dates listed, so I bought and tried to make a reservation and was told that Labor Day weekend was blacked out. We want to stay Friday and Saturday that weekend and I confirmed that you have availability. Please Respond.
