You may certainly book the Groupon special Option #1 on a Friday night so long as the hotel has availability for the Groupon special. If you are still looking to obtain a refund you must contact Groupon customer service directly.

The Groupon special is not available on Saturdays. You may stay on certain Fridays if on a two-night stay, check-in on Thursday.

do your combining of vouchers have to be the same option? for example... if I use option 1 for my first night stay cause I like the extras that come with it... then use a voucher that has option 2 because my boyfriend wants the whirlpool for one night... is this acceptable to change rooms during our stay or with option 1 would we be able to upgrade when we get there?

Purchasing two seperate vouchers/two options and changing rooms is acceptable because that is what you booked. It is not acceptable when you purchase one 2-night voucher and want to change room types within those two nights. If you would like to upgrade on the first night with option 1, you would have to check with the front desk upon arrival to check availability.

Could you please explain this ---- Limit 1 dining voucher per venue per day There are 3 vouchers for 1 night stay, but only allow to use 1 vouvher per day, which means 1 voucher will be wasted, right?

You can feel free to use vouchers on the day of your arrival for lunch and/or dinner as well as the day of your departure, again for lunch or dinner if you will still be in the area. Therefore you will enough opportunities to utilize all of the given vouchers.

If several different individuals bought this deal and decided to eat together, you will be allowed to use your vouchers together at one time. It is only not permitted when one party books several seperate packages (i.e. 3 x 1-night specials) and wants to use all 3 given Keg vouchers at once. Thanks for your question.
