Hi Jennifer. Our Groupon is not valid on New Years Eve. Our promotion runs 1/1/13-5/4/13 with black out dates of 1/17-1/20, 1/25-1/28, 2/15-2/18, 3/1-3/3, 3/14-17, 4/25-4/28. Thank-you!

Hi Kevin. Thanks for your question. We do not have a shuttle available for transportation to the Casino. They do offer complimentary valet and self parking at the casino. The casino is open 24 hours.

Hi Alexis, You will receive all of the amenities included in the Groupon each night you reserve with us using this promotion. You will get a voucher for a bottle of wine and appetizer each evening as well as the casino vouchers. They cannot be combined. Thank-you for your question.

How many beds are in each package? Does it come with a kitchenette or would that be an upgrade that we would have to discuss with hotel?

Hello Thomas. Our Groupon promotion rooms feature either one king bed or two queen beds. They do not feature a kitchenette. At the time of booking with the Four Points by Sheraton Niagara Falls please inform our front desk agents what room type you prefer. All the best.
