I just called the 1-800 number and the person on the phone was not very helpful. Do you offer cribs at this resort? Are there additional fees for a crib? I have heard some rooms are quite far from the restaurants and beach. With an 18 month old, this would be hard. Is there a way to gurantee a room close to the beach/food? Do I have to book through that 1-800 number if I purchase this groupon?

PLease note that we do offer cribs for free, but we cannot guarantee them, anyway there should not be a problem cause we have enough inventory of them, but please remember that we cannot guarantee it. Please do the request at booking time for the crib. In regards of the close room to beach or restaurants, we do have a lot of restaurants and a large beach and rooms are spread along the resort. Please do the request to be close to the lobby or the beach (depending on what you want) at booking time and our front desk team will try to accommodate the request.
