Disappointed in cleanliness My room was dirty (smelled like urine) and we had nothing but issues from the time we checked in. From hair on our pillow to stains on replacement pillows and things not working (sink not working/exhaust fan not working in bathroom/ emergency lock missing a pin). We called to let the front desk know and it was supposively fixed…no it was still broken. For the amount that you pay, you would expect it to be cleaned better. The manager of guest services was nice but disappointed by the outcome of things not being taken care of.

Great hotel, terrible parking experience Our stay at Great Wolf Lodge Mason was wonderful — clean rooms, friendly staff, and great amenities. Unfortunately, the parking situation completely ruined the experience. They charge $19 per day for parking, even for conference attendees. I was there for a conference that provided a QR code for free parking, but the code wouldn’t scan, and I had to pay to exit. Since then, I’ve been trying to get a refund from ACE Parking, the third-party company that manages the lot. ACE Parking has made the process extremely frustrating — multiple emails, repeated requests for information they already have, and no resolution. It honestly feels like they intentionally make the process difficult so guests give up. Great Wolf Lodge should seriously reconsider partnering with this parking company. Everything else about the hotel was fantastic, but this experience left a lasting negative impression.

Family trip 2025 We had a great family trip. My 9 year old had a great time. The staff was great so helpful and friendly. The place was very clean. Such cute stuff at the gift shop we will be back.
