Commonly Asked Questions

What time is check in and what time is check out?

Carol asked 4 months, 20 days, 22 hours, and 27 minutes ago - 1 answer

Emily Z.

Check in is 4:00pm and check out is 11:00am. You can use the waterpark as early as 1:00pm on the day of check in and until the park closes on the day of check out.

We are planning to go with 2 children both of them are under 2 year-old, Do I have to count them into the six people? or for children under 2 is free?

Lina P. asked 4 months, 20 days, 21 hours, and 44 minutes ago - 2 answers

Emily Z.

Children 2 and under do not require waterpark passes, but they DO count towards the occupancy of the room. You will need to pay an additional occupant fee for each guest up to the suite maximum occupancy of 8.

Emily Z. answered 4 months, 20 days, 21 hours, and 27 minutes ago

Emily Z.

Correction, you do have to count them towards the occupancy but they don't require an additional occupant fee. So if they push you up to 8 and you have more than 8 staying, you would require two rooms.

Emily Z. answered 4 months, 19 days, 21 hours, and 54 minutes ago

we have a party of 8 is it possible to pay additional for the 2 people?

jill n. asked 4 months, 20 days, 21 hours, and 30 minutes ago - 2 answers

Emily Z.

yes, each additional occupant (up to the maximum occupancy) will be a $40 additional occupant charge.

Emily Z. answered 4 months, 20 days, 20 hours, and 37 minutes ago

Emily Z.

Re-reading this, if you are asking to go above the max of 8 up to 10, then you would need two rooms. If you are going above the standard 6 up to 8 you would stay in one room with the two additional occupant fees.

Confused by days of week this is eligible, first page seems to restrict but the fine print seems not to restrict the day of the week. Basically does this deal work on Friday or Saturday nights (except MLK weekend)?

Randy H. asked 4 months, 20 days, 18 hours, and 44 minutes ago - 1 answer

Amy S.

With option 1 you can only check in on a Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday between 1/8/13–2/13/13.

the Great Wolf Lodge is offering a cheaper deal. is there anything included in your deal that is NOT in theirs?

christie k. asked 4 months, 19 days, 21 hours, and 42 minutes ago - 1 answer

Emily Z.

Are you referring to the Early Bird deal on our website? That is for 2+ night stay and only include 4 waterpark passes. The Groupon offers a suite for 1 night for 6 guests including 6 waterpark passes plus a MagiQuest wand and game.

Emily Z. answered 4 months, 19 days, 19 hours, and 14 minutes ago

we have two adults and 4 children between the ages of 6 and 18 for a total of 6 people can we have another person on in our room and pay an additional fee for that one person it is a child who is 2 but will be 3 during our stay?

andrea f. asked 4 months, 20 days, 22 hours, and 3 minutes ago - 2 answers

Emily Z.

The maximum occupancy of the two suites available with the Groupon is 8. So you will get 6 waterpark passes with the Groupon and will need to pay an additional occupant fee for each guest up to the maximum occupancy of 8. A child that will be 3 will require the fee.

Emily Z. answered 4 months, 20 days, 21 hours, and 28 minutes ago

Emily Z.

Re-reading your question. You can have 8 max in the room. If there are children 2 and under in that number, they still count towards the occupancy but children 2 and under don't require an additional fee. if you have 8, including kids 2 and under, and still want to add people to the room that will require a second room.

Emily Z. answered 4 months, 19 days, 21 hours, and 49 minutes ago

We have group of 8 with 2 of them children 2 or under .. is this groupon valid at this price .. or do we need to pay extra occupant charge ?

Children 2 and under will count towards the occupancy, so since you are at a party of 8, you will need to pay the two additional occupant fees.

Just want to be clear I understand the fine print. I'm interested in option 2. Is it possible to get the deal twice by purchasing 2 nights, checking in on Tuesday, February 12th and staying second night Wednesday February 13th? Thanks in advance for your help.

Lisa R. asked 4 months, 19 days, 23 hours, and 22 minutes ago - 1 answer

Option 2 is only for Thursday, January 10 or Sunday January 13. If you want to stay Tuesday, February 12 and Wednesday February 13 you would need to purchase two Option 1's at $269. You are welcome!

On GWL's website I do not see the Majestic Bear suite. I see the Loft suite & the Grizzly Bear suite. Are the Majestic Bear & Grizzly Bear suites the same suite? We're looking into going with 2 pairs of adults & 2 kids and want to see a room layout first to make sure it suits our needs. Thanks for a great offer! This will be less than what we paid last yr for 4 ppl and no magicquest! Thanks!!

Christine asked 4 months, 19 days, 23 hours, and 50 minutes ago - 1 answer

You can find the Majestic Bear suite online at http://www.greatwolf.com/poconos/suites#premium.

Emily Z. answered 4 months, 19 days, 21 hours, and 56 minutes ago

If check-in is at 4PM does the water park pass work for the remainder of that day or only the next day or does it cover both the remainder of the check-in day and a portion of the check-out day. Second, if you pay the additional $40 to add occupant to room -- does that include a water park pass in the price or is that an additional fee. If additional, what is the cost.

Danielle G. asked 4 months, 20 days, 1 hour, and 1 minute ago - 1 answer

Emily Z.

1. You can use the waterpark as early as 1pm on the day of check in and until the park closes on the day of check out. 2. The additional occupant fee includes the occupancy of the room and waterpark pass.
