I believe the $129 deal is completely sold out. However, the 11% tax is based on the purchase price and not the value of the deal.

Is there a per room capacity per room for guests?

Yes, a capacity of three in a room with a king and a rented ($15) rollaway bed, and if you reserve a courtyard balcony with two double beds, a capacity of four is allowed. (The rooms with two beds are double beds, and not queen or king sized)
